How to use

Charge the internal battery with the supplied USB cable before first use. Select the appropriate power stage and pulse settings on the 1.8" TFT screen according to the material and thickness to be welded. Position the electrodes and the workpieces (battery tabs or metal strips) securely, then trigger the weld cycle. Monitor status information on the display and repeat sealing as required. Use the USB output to power external devices when needed.

Recommendations

For best results, start with lower power settings and a test weld on scrap material to confirm parameters. Ensure clean contact surfaces and correct electrode positioning. Allow short pauses between successive welds to avoid overheating and follow safety precautions provided in the manual.
