How to use

Attach the chosen cutter roller to the Atlas 150 according to the machine instructions, feed rolled pasta sheets through the roller to cut the desired shape and collect fresh pasta at the outlet. If using the Pastadrive motor, mount the motor and operate at a controlled speed; avoid using the motor for mafaldine, pappardelle and reginette shapes for safety reasons. After use, remove any dough residues with a toothpick or small brush before storing.
