We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.

How to use

Place the soundbar centrally below or above the TV screen and position the wireless subwoofer on the floor for optimal bass delivery, ideally near a wall or corner for reinforced low frequencies. Connect the soundbar to your TV via HDMI ARC or optical cable for the best audio sync and full surround pass-through; use Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless audio streaming from mobile devices. Power on the system, select the desired input source, and use the supplied remote or TV controls to adjust volume, EQ modes and sound presets.

Recommendations

For accurate Dolby Atmos reproduction, enable passthrough or bitstream audio output on the TV or source device and select Dolby Atmos/DTS:X in the player settings when available.
