Carry it around with ease
The stowable shoulder strap offers multiple carrying options. You can let it hang by your side or position it to project sound wherever you need it. That makes it ideal for adventures on your bike, skateboard, or on foot[FN|Do not use any strap other than the supplied shoulder strap. When using the shoulder strap, note the following:
ーBe aware that the shoulder strap may catch on surrounding objects. This may cause it to tighten around your neck.
ーDo not engage in strenuous exercise.
ーWear the shoulder strap diagonally across your body while carrying the speaker. Otherwise, you may accidentally drop the speaker.
ーIf the hook of the shoulder strap is not fully passed through the attachment loop, the speaker may fall.

How to use

Charge the speaker using the USB Type-C port before first use. Press the ULT button to enable enhanced bass (ULT POWER SOUND). Use Bluetooth pairing to connect one or two devices; enable Multipoint to connect two devices simultaneously. To create stereo sound, pair two ULT FIELD 3 units via Bluetooth Stereo Pair. For larger synchronized playback and lighting, add compatible speakers with the Party Connect hardware button to link up to 100 units. Carry the speaker with the supplied shoulder strap and wear it diagonally across your body as instructed. Monitor battery status and adjust sound settings through the Sony | Sound Connect app. Avoid using any strap other than the supplied shoulder strap and follow safety notes regarding catching on objects and strenuous activity.

Recommendations

Use only the supplied shoulder strap and ensure the hook is fully passed through the attachment loop before carrying. Keep the speaker charged and use Battery Care to prolong battery life. For best bass and clarity, place the speaker standing or lying flat as suited to your space and, when syncing multiple units, add speakers with the hardware button for reliable Party Connect operation.
