How to use

Cut the tubing to the required length using a sharp tubing cutter to ensure a clean, square end. Slide the tubing onto compatible fittings until fully seated; for compression fittings tighten according to the fitting manufacturer’s instructions and for push-fit fittings ensure a firm push until the tube is secured. Route the tubing to avoid sharp bends that exceed its bend radius and use clamps or clips where appropriate to prevent movement. Flush the loop and perform leak testing before full operation.

Recommendations

Use coolants and additives that are listed as compatible with EPDM. Avoid prolonged contact with solvents, strong acids or bases that can degrade rubber. Periodically inspect the tubing for softening, swelling or discoloration and replace if signs of deterioration appear.
