NRGkick Smart Attachment Set Standard (CH) includes three intelligent socket adapters designed for use with the NRGkick charging unit and the patented high-level safety connector system. The set contains a 16A 5‑pole adapter (max. 16A / 11 kW), a 16A 3‑pole adapter (max. 16A / 3.7 kW) and a Type J (T12/13) 8A adapter for Swiss sockets (max. 8A). These Smart Attachments provide automatic recognition by the NRGkick, integrated temperature monitoring on phase pins, and an LED status indicator on the Connector Unit.

How to use

Connect the appropriate Smart Attachment to the NRGkick Connector Unit and then plug the adapter into the desired socket. The NRGkick will automatically recognise the attached adapter and set the permissible charging current accordingly. Monitor the LED indicators on the Connector Unit and the charging unit for status and fault signals. If the device detects overheating or wiring errors, charging is prevented or regulated automatically.

Recommendations

Ensure sockets are in good mechanical condition before use; if LEDs signal overheating or wiring faults, stop charging and have the socket inspected by a qualified electrician.
