How to use

Charge the Colmi P20 with the supplied magnetic cable until fully charged (about 2 hours). Install the Da Fit app on a compatible smartphone and pair the watch via Bluetooth 5.2. Use the touchscreen and side button to navigate menus, choose watch faces, start sport modes or make calls. Health metrics (heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure estimates, sleep) are recorded automatically and synced to the app. Adjust settings such as notifications, reminders and Do Not Disturb in the app for daily convenience.
