Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Motorola moto g67 is a 5G Android 16.0 smartphone with a 6.8" (17.3 cm) Extreme AMOLED display at 1272×2772 px, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor up to 2.4 GHz. It includes 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of internal storage expandable via microSD, a 50 MP main dual rear camera system, hybrid Dual SIM support (NanoSIM + eSIM) and a 5200 mAh battery designed for extended daily use.

Advantages

The moto g67 offers a very bright Extreme AMOLED screen for detailed viewing and smooth scrolling, an AI-enhanced camera system for improved low-light and night shots, and a durable design with enhanced drop and scratch resistance plus IP64 water protection. It supports fast 5G connectivity and performance with a capable MediaTek processor, provides long battery life with TurboPower charging, and delivers stereo sound with Dolby Atmos for richer audio.

Suitable for

  • Everyday multitasking and productivity
  • Watching movies and streaming with vivid display
  • Mobile photography and low-light shots
  • Long days away from a charger (extended battery life)

When it may not be suitable

The moto g67 is optimized for mainstream users who need performance, battery life and media features. It may not suit users who require the absolute top-tier flagship performance, specialized professional camera systems, or the highest water-resistance ratings beyond IP64.

Key specifications

  • Display: 17.3 cm (6.8") Extreme AMOLED, 1272 × 2772 pixels
  • Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 6300, up to 2.4 GHz
  • Memory and storage: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB internal storage, microSD expandable (up to 2 TB)
  • Rear cameras: 50 MP main + 8 MP secondary
  • Battery: 5200 mAh with TurboPower charging
  • Connectivity: 5G, Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.4, NFC
  • SIM: Hybrid Dual SIM (NanoSIM + eSIM)
  • Operating system: Android 16.0

How to use

Power on the phone and complete the Android setup wizard, sign in with a Google account if desired, and install apps from the Play Store. Insert a NanoSIM or configure eSIM in Settings > Network & internet for mobile connectivity. Use the camera app for photos and enable AI/Quad Pixel modes for improved low-light performance. Adjust display brightness and Dolby Atmos settings in Sound & display menus to suit media playback. Charge with a compatible TurboPower charger to restore battery quickly.

What to consider before purchase

  • Check whether hybrid Dual SIM (NanoSIM + eSIM) fits your SIM setup
  • Consider required storage expansion via microSD if you need more than 256 GB
  • Verify network compatibility with your carrier’s 5G bands

Recommendations

For best results, keep system software up to date, enable Quad Pixel/AI camera modes when shooting in low light, use a protective case to maximize drop and scratch resistance, and charge periodically with the provided TurboPower adapter to maintain battery performance.
