Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Smartphone Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max — 6.9 inch OLED, 256 GB, Blue, 5G, Dual SIM, IP68

Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max smartphone — 6.9-inch OLED display, 256 GB, Blue, 5G, Dual SIM, IP68. The iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max are built around a new hot-forged aluminium unibody design optimised for performance and battery life, with excellent thermal conductivity. A sealed vapour chamber with deionised water draws heat away from the A19 Pro chip for consistently higher sustained performance. Ceramic Shield protects the back for 4x better crack resistance, while the new Ceramic Shield 2 on the front offers 3x better scratch resistance. The Super Retina XDR display is brighter, has fewer reflections and supports ProMotion up to 120 Hz, alongside a Camera Control button and a customisable Action button. The pro camera system includes a 48 MP Fusion main camera (24/48 mm, f/1.78), a 48 MP Fusion ultra-wide camera (13 mm, f/2.2, macro) and a 48 MP Fusion telephoto camera (100/200 mm, f/2.8) with a next-generation tetraprism design giving up to 200 mm focal length, a 16x optical zoom range and a 56% larger sensor for better low-light shots. The new 18 MP Center Stage front camera offers flexible framing, automatic landscape/portrait switching, dual capture and ultra-stabilised 4K 60 fps Dolby Vision video. It is the first smartphone to support ProRes RAW, with pro workflows including Apple Log 2, Genlock, timecode and 4K 120 fps Dolby Vision. The A19 Pro chip delivers up to 40% higher sustained GPU and CPU performance thanks to the vapour-chamber cooling, with Neural Accelerators in every GPU core for local AI models. The iPhone 17 Pro Max offers the longest battery life of any iPhone, up to 3 hours more per charge than the iPhone 15 Pro Max. It runs iOS 26 with the Liquid Glass design, Call Screening, Hold Assist, message polls and Apple Intelligence features such as Visual Intelligence, Live Translation, Clean Up, Genmoji and Writing Tools. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, 5G and eSIM, plus Emergency SOS via satellite, Crash Detection and Find My.
