Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Smartphone Apple iPhone 15 6.1 inch 512GB Pink

iPhone 15. The highlights: the Dynamic Island keeps you up to date; a new 48 MP camera for super-high-resolution photos plus a 2x telephoto zoom; a durable design of colour-infused glass and aluminium; and flexible charging via USB-C. Dynamic Island brings alerts and Live Activities to the front so you don't miss anything — control your music and see who's calling or whether your flight is on time. The innovative new design includes back glass with colour infused throughout the material; a special dual ion-exchange process for the glass and aerospace-grade aluminium for the enclosure make the iPhone 15 remarkably tough. The all-new 48 MP main camera shoots in super-high resolution for outstanding detail, with up to 4x the resolution and a 2x telephoto zoom that works like a third camera. More detail and richer colours deliver dramatically better portraits, and you can shift focus from one subject to another even after taking the shot; when the subject is a person, dog or cat the iPhone automatically captures depth information so you can turn a photo into a portrait later. All-day battery life provides up to 20 hours of video playback on iPhone 15 (up to 26 hours on iPhone 15 Plus). The A16 Bionic chip — once a Pro-level chip — enables advanced features such as computational photography for 24 MP photos, next-generation portraits, voice isolation for calls and smooth performance for graphics-intensive games, all with great efficiency. The new USB-C port lets you charge your iPhone 15, Mac and iPad with the same cable and can even charge your Apple Watch and AirPods. Safety features include Emergency SOS via satellite and Crash Detection. The enclosure is made from 75% recycled aluminium. iOS 17 adds Contact Posters, NameDrop for sharing contact details by holding two iPhones together, and Live Stickers created from your photos. This model: 6.1-inch display, 512GB, pink.
