Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Apple iPhone 15 in green features a 6.1-inch display with 2556 x 1179 pixel resolution, the A16 processor and 512 GB of internal storage. It runs iOS 17, supports dual SIM and 5G networks, and combines a 48 MP main camera and a 12 MP front camera in a lightweight 171 g body with IP68 dust and water resistance.

Advantages

The device offers a new 48 MP main camera for high-resolution photos and a 2x telephoto option for closer framing. Dynamic Island provides context-aware alerts and Live Activities. The body uses color-infused glass and an aluminum frame for durability, and charging is handled via USB-C for broad compatibility.

Suitable for

  • Everyday mobile photography and social media content
  • High-capacity local storage for apps, photos and media
  • Fast mobile data and calls on 5G networks with Dual SIM
  • Users who need a compact, lightweight smartphone with water resistance

Key specifications

  • Display: 6.1-inch, 2556 x 1179 pixels
  • Processor: A16
  • Internal storage: 512 GB
  • Cameras: Dual rear system with 48 MP main and 2x telephoto; 12 MP front camera
  • Connectivity: 5G, Dual SIM, USB-C charging
  • Operating system: iOS 17
  • Protection class: IP68
  • Weight: 171 g

How to use

Turn on the iPhone and follow the on-screen setup assistant to sign in with your Apple ID, configure Dual SIM settings and restore or transfer data. Use the Camera app to select the 48 MP main sensor or 2x telephoto mode for closer shots; Dynamic Island will display ongoing activity and alerts at the top of the screen. Charge the device with a USB-C cable and connect to 5G networks via your carrier settings.

Recommendations

To protect the finish and maintain performance, use a compatible case and avoid prolonged exposure to liquids despite the IP68 rating. Back up important data regularly and keep iOS updated for security and feature improvements.
