Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Apple iPhone 13 is a 6.1" smartphone with a 2532 x 1170 resolution display, powered by the A15 Bionic chip and offering 128 GB of internal storage. It features a dual 12 MP rear camera system, a 12 MP front camera, 5G connectivity and runs iOS 15. The device has IP68 dust and water resistance, Ceramic Shield front glass and weighs 174 g. This Blue model supports Dual SIM functionality and is designed for everyday communication, media consumption and photography.

Advantages

The iPhone 13 delivers improved low-light photography with up to 47% better performance from its advanced dual‑camera system. Cinematic mode provides automatic shallow depth of field and allows focus changes after recording. Battery life supports up to 19 hours of video playback, while the A15 Bionic chip and 5G connectivity provide faster performance and responsiveness. The Ceramic Shield front and IP68 rating increase durability against drops, dust and water.

Suitable for

  • Everyday communication and calling
  • Mobile photography and video recording, including low-light shots
  • Streaming video and media consumption
  • High-performance apps and mobile gaming
  • Travel and outdoor use with water and dust resistance

How to use

Turn on the iPhone 13 by pressing and holding the side button. Follow the on-screen setup to sign in with your Apple ID, transfer data from another device or restore from a backup. Configure Dual SIM through Settings to add a physical SIM and/or eSIM. Use the Camera app to access Photo, Video and Cinematic modes; Cinematic mode applies shallow depth of field automatically and allows you to change focus after shooting. Charge the device with a compatible Lightning cable and adapter or use Qi/MagSafe wireless chargers as supported.

Recommendations

For best camera results in low light, use Night mode where prompted and keep the lens clean. Update to the latest iOS version for performance and security improvements. Protect the device with a case for additional drop protection despite the Ceramic Shield and maintain water exposure within IP68 limits.
