In addition, it works with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and SmartThings ecosystems, allowing you to conveniently integrate it with the platform of your choice. Note: the Meross Matter Smart Hub MS450MA is required for the product to function properly.

From the Meross app, you can track temperature and humidity changes from anywhere in the world. This is perfect if you want to keep tabs on conditions in your greenhouse, conservatory, basement or child's room - no matter where you are at the moment. When the temperature or humidity level exceeds the threshold you set, you will receive an instant notification on your phone. What's more, the app allows you to access historical data from the last two years with the ability to export it - a great tool for analyzing and optimizing room conditions.

Automation and personalization

The Meross MS130-EU allows you to create automation scenarios - for example, you can make the dehumidifier or fan turn on when the humidity exceeds 60%. What's more, the two physical buttons on the housing are configurable. Customize their functions to suit your needs and you can turn on smart bulbs or other Meross products with a single click!

Backlighting on demand

Just a light tap on the sensor or the table it's on will activate its backlighting. This allows you to easily check data even at night, without having to turn on additional light.

Long operating time

The device is powered by four AA batteries, which provide up to 3 years of operation of the device with regular use. So you don't have to replace them too often.

How to use

Install four AA batteries and place the Meross MS130-EU in the monitored room or mount it using the included kit. Set up the device in the Meross app and connect it to your preferred smart home platform through the app; note that the Meross Matter Smart Hub MS450MA is required for full functionality. Configure threshold alerts and automation rules in the app, assign functions to the two physical buttons as needed, and tap the unit or its table to activate backlighting for nighttime viewing.

Recommendations

Place the sensor away from direct heat sources and drafts for most accurate temperature and humidity readings. Replace batteries before the device indicates low power to maintain continuous data logging and alerts.
