Humidity Sensor Freestanding Brennenstuhl TFS CZ 01 Indoor Wireless

The brennenstuhl®Connect Zigbee temperature and humidity sensor TFS CZ 01 is a compact freestanding indoor sensor for continuous monitoring of temperature and relative humidity. It connects via Zigbee to the brennenstuhl®Connect ecosystem and transmits measurement data to the free brennenstuhl®Connect app for worldwide access. The sensor can be linked with other brennenstuhl®Connect devices (for example smart WiFi power strips) to trigger actions such as switching on a dehumidifier at predefined threshold values. A CR2450 battery and an adhesive pad are included.

Advantages

How to use

Install the CR2450 battery and place the sensor on a flat indoor surface or fix it using the supplied adhesive pad. Add the device to your brennenstuhl®Connect system using the brennenstuhl Zigbee Gateway (Art. No. 1294060) and ensure your gateway is operating on the 2.4 GHz band during pairing. After successful pairing, monitor real-time temperature and humidity values and view historical data via the brennenstuhl®Connect app. To automate other devices, create rules in the app that trigger connected brennenstuhl®Connect power strips or other compatible devices at defined measurement thresholds.

Recommendations

Place the sensor away from direct sunlight, heating sources and open windows or doors to ensure representative indoor measurements. For reliable Zigbee connection, keep the sensor within the recommended range of the brennenstuhl Zigbee Gateway and use the 2.4 GHz WiFi band when pairing.
