Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Transform the visuals on your screen with the Govee Envisual TV Backlight T2, an LED TV backlight kit that uses a dual-camera design and Envisual technology to match on-screen colors in real time. The strip features a dense distribution of RGBIC light beads for brighter, more detailed lighting that extends the viewing experience beyond the display and enhances movies, shows and games.

Advantages

Envisual technology analyzes screen content and creates dynamic color effects that flow beyond the edges of your TV, producing an immersive atmosphere. The dual-camera capture design identifies colors faster and with greater accuracy, while the zone-division capture scheme enables precise real-time color matching. A higher density of RGBIC LEDs provides smoother gradients and more vivid illumination suitable for varied viewing scenarios.

Suitable for

  • Watching movies and TV shows
  • Console and PC gaming
  • Ambient room lighting while relaxing
  • Enhancing the atmosphere for streaming or media rooms

Key specifications

  • Technology: Govee Envisual color-matching technology
  • Capture: Dual-camera design with zone-division capture
  • LED type: RGBIC light beads with denser distribution
  • Function: Real-time on-screen color sync for immersive backlighting

How to use

Mount the LED strip behind your TV according to the included placement guide so the dual cameras can capture the screen accurately. Connect the kit to power and pair it with the Govee app or the supported control method to enable Envisual mode and select color-matching scenes. Start your chosen movie, show or game and the backlight will synchronize with on-screen content automatically.

Recommendations

For best results, position the cameras where they have an unobstructed view of the screen edges and avoid bright direct light on the cameras. Use Envisual modes during movie viewing and gaming for immersive effects; switch to softer ambient scenes when you want a relaxing atmosphere. Ensure the strip is securely adhered and the TV surface is clean before installation.
