How to use

Install the QRing app on an Android or iOS device, enable Bluetooth and follow the app pairing instructions to connect the Colmi R03. Wear the ring on a comfortable finger so sensors maintain contact with skin. Use the app to view daily, weekly and monthly reports for heart rate, sleep, SpO2 and activity data. Place the ring in the magnetic charging case and connect the case via the included USB-C cable to recharge the case and the ring; a full charge of the ring takes about 1 hour.
