How to use

Install the ZG2 gateway in a central location and power it according to the included instructions. Place door/window sensors on frames and corresponding doors or windows, and mount motion sensors in rooms where movement detection is needed. Add the Ranger 2C camera to the app for video monitoring. Use the IMOU mobile app to register the gateway and devices, configure scenes linking camera and alarm actions, and set notification preferences. Use the ZB1 remote controls to arm or disarm locally and test the siren to confirm audible alerts.

Recommendations

For reliable detection and coverage, position motion sensors at 2–2.5 m height and avoid pointing them directly at windows or heat sources.
