Overview

The BananaPi-CM4 is a compact compute module in a SODIMM-like form factor with a 200-pin connector, designed for embedded applications. It integrates a Rockchip RK3566 system-on-chip with four ARM Cortex-A55 cores running at 1.8 GHz and an ARM Mali-G52 2EE GPU. The module provides 4GB of LPDDR4 memory and supports optional eMMC storage up to 64GB, with a microSD card slot available on the carrier board.
