The Silit EXTRA COOK roasting pot combines a 20 cm diameter with a 2.5 L capacity, built around Silargan functional ceramic. Unlike coated aluminium or stainless steel pots, Silargan is nickel-free and non-porous, so the cooking surface stays cut-resistant and does not absorb flavours.
