How to use

Install the BlueOptics SFP transceiver by inserting it into an SFP slot on a compatible switch, router or other networking device while the device is powered down or following the vendor’s hot-plugging guidelines. Terminate LC duplex fiber patch cords to the module’s LC connector and ensure transmit (Tx) and receive (Rx) fibres are correctly crossed to the remote end. Configure the host device for the intended 100BASE-FX or equivalent optical interface and verify link status using the device management interface or LEDs.
