The InLine® SFP+ Module 32335K is the reliable solution for fibre optic connections with up to 10Gb/s and a range of 40 km. It is ideal for structured networks with medium distances – e.g. between technical centres, racks or across company premises.
Equipped with a 1550 nm EML laser and an APD receiver with TIA amplification, this SFP+ module ensures stable, low-loss transmission over single-mode fibres. MSA compliance (SFF-8472, SFF-8431) and compatibility with IEEE 802.3ae enable a wide range of applications in a variety of devices.
Another highlight is the integrated DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) function, which continuously monitors important operating parameters such as temperature, power consumption, reception strength and voltage – ideal for professional IT environments.
Thanks to the hot-plug function, the module can be replaced during operation without interrupting the network. The compact LC duplex interface also makes it particularly easy to install.

How to use

Install the SFP+ module into a compatible SFP+ cage on a switch, router or media converter with the unit powered down or following the host device hot-plug guidelines. Connect singlemode fibre patch cables with LC duplex connectors to the module, ensuring correct transmit/receive orientation. Configure the host port for 10 Gb/s operation if required by the network device. Monitor link status and diagnostics through the host device management interface to verify optical signal levels and connection quality.
