Self-inflating Sleeping Pad Outwell Dreamcatcher Double 7.5 cm — double, 7.5 cm thickness

The Outwell Dreamcatcher Double 7.5 cm is a self-inflating sleeping pad designed for two people. With a 7.5 cm foam core, the pad offers combined insulation and cushioning to improve sleeping comfort on camping trips, in tents or during car camping. The double-width design creates a continuous rest surface for couples or partners, while the simple valve system allows rapid inflation and controlled deflation for compact packing and storage.

Advantages

The integrated foam core provides consistent support and thermal insulation across the pad without the need for continuous pumping. The double construction yields a wide, flat surface that reduces pressure points and minimizes the gap between two single pads. A user-friendly valve enables quick setup and straightforward deflation, and the pad packs down to a size suitable for transport in a car or storage at home.

Suitable for

• Car camping and weekend trips where space and fast setup matter
• Tent use for couples or partners requiring a shared sleeping surface
• Overnight stays in cabins, hostels or other temporary sleeping arrangements

Key specifications

• Type: Self-inflating sleeping pad with foam core
• Width: Double / two-person configuration
• Thickness: 7.5 cm foam thickness for insulation and comfort
• Surface: Continuous double-width sleeping surface
• Inflation/deflation: Valve-based self-inflating system for quick setup
• Packability: Compacts for transport and storage

How to use

Unroll the sleeping pad on a flat, clean surface inside your tent or car. Open the valve to allow the foam to self-expand — this will draw in air and inflate the pad to its functional thickness. If a firmer feel is needed, add a small amount of breath inflation through the valve. To pack away, open the valve and roll the pad tightly from the end opposite the valve to force air out, then close the valve and secure the rolled pad with straps or the storage bag.

Recommendations

Place the pad on a groundsheet or tent footprint to protect the underside from sharp objects and moisture. Avoid direct contact with open flames or heated surfaces. Clean the pad with a damp cloth and mild detergent; allow it to dry fully before packing to prevent mold or odors.
