The Megasat HD-5 Combo is a portable satellite finder and signal meter with a 5-inch AMOLED colour display for measuring satellite, cable and terrestrial TV signals (including DVB-T2 HD). It supports DVB-S2X measurements for UHD frequencies, offers spectrum and constellation diagrams for error analysis, and includes automatic satellite identification (NIT). An integrated receiver enables live TV playback of freely receivable SD and HD channels. The unit has a robust aluminium housing and an LED light on the back to assist work in low-light conditions.

Connect the antenna or coaxial feed to the input and observe the signal level and quality indicators; switch to the enlarged display mode for easier alignment. Use the spectrum and constellation views to identify interference or signal spread and check dBm, CNR and BER values for detailed diagnostics. For final verification, use the integrated receiver to play free-to-air channels and confirm picture quality. To set dish angles, enter your location data and use the elevation/azimuth calculator; the automatic NIT function will also identify the current satellite.
