Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Samsung Q80D GQ75Q80DATXZG 75" 4K Ultra HD QLED TV combines a 75-inch (189 cm) direct-LED panel with QLED display technology and a 3840 x 2160 resolution to deliver detailed images and vivid color reproduction. Powered by the Tizen operating system, the set provides smart TV functions, built-in Wi‑Fi and Ethernet LAN connectivity, and support for common digital broadcast standards including DVB‑C, DVB‑S2 and DVB‑T2. Motion Xcelerator technology enhances motion clarity for fast-moving content while the silver housing offers a contemporary look suitable for modern interiors.

Advantages

The QLED panel produces wide color volume and improved color accuracy compared with conventional LCD displays, while Direct‑LED backlighting supports uniform brightness across the 75" screen. Native 4K resolution (3840 x 2160) ensures fine detail for films, sports and games. Tizen OS provides a familiar smart-TV interface with streaming apps and network features, and Motion Xcelerator reduces blur in action scenes. Built‑in Wi‑Fi and LAN make it straightforward to connect to home networks and online services.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the TV on a stable stand or mount it on a compatible wall bracket following the manufacturer’s instructions. Connect the power cable and attach any external devices such as set‑top boxes, game consoles or soundbars via HDMI ports. Use the on‑screen setup wizard to configure language, network connection (Wi‑Fi or Ethernet) and scan for available broadcast channels (DVB‑C/DVB‑S2/DVB‑T2). Install streaming applications from the Tizen app store or sign in to existing streaming service accounts. Adjust picture mode and Motion Xcelerator settings to match content type and viewing preferences.

Recommendations

For optimal picture quality, select a viewing distance appropriate for a 75" 4K screen and choose an appropriate picture mode (Cinema or Movie for films, Sports for live events). Ensure good ventilation around the TV and avoid direct sunlight on the screen. When using HDR content, allow the TV to operate for a short period to reach stable brightness levels. Regularly check for firmware updates via Tizen to maintain app compatibility and system performance.
