Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Samsung M80D 32" 4K Ultra HD LED monitor delivers a 3840 x 2160 resolution on a 32-inch VA panel, combining high pixel density with a wide 16:9 viewing format. With a 4 ms response time and a 178° viewing angle both horizontally and vertically, the display is designed to provide clear, consistent images from different positions. The monitor integrates built-in speakers and a USB 2.0 hub for basic connectivity, and its white housing includes VESA mounting support and height adjustment for flexible placement in office or home environments.

Advantages

The M80D offers 4K Ultra HD clarity suitable for detailed work and media playback while a VA panel provides strong contrast and deep blacks. A typical brightness of 400 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 3000:1 support clear visuals in mixed lighting. Built-in speakers reduce the need for external audio devices, and the included USB hub simplifies connection of peripheral devices. VESA compatibility and height adjustment allow adaptation to ergonomic setups and varied installation scenarios.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking with high-resolution spreadsheets and documents
  • Photo and video review where 4K resolution and strong contrast aid detail inspection
  • Multimedia consumption including 4K video playback with integrated audio
  • General home use and remote work setups requiring ergonomic adjustments

How to use

Place the Samsung M80D on a stable desk or mount it using a compatible VESA arm or bracket. Connect power and video source via the supported input ports on the monitor (refer to the supplied manual for specific connector types). Use the on-screen display (OSD) controls to adjust brightness, contrast, and image settings to match ambient lighting and task requirements. Attach peripherals to the built-in USB hub for convenient access and use the height adjustment to position the display at eye level to reduce neck strain.

Recommendations

For best image quality, allow the monitor to warm up for a short period after powering on, set brightness and contrast to comfortable levels for your working environment, and use the height adjustment and an ergonomic chair to maintain a neutral posture. When using the display for prolonged periods, consider regular breaks and moderate ambient lighting to reduce eye fatigue.
