How to use

Fit the appropriate SDS+ bit or use the supplied chuck adapter to install a conventional bit, securing it with the click quick-change system. Set the required speed and engage the percussion mode by applying light pressure to the tool against the work surface when hammer action is needed. Use spindle reverse for removing stuck bits or backing out screws. For continuous drilling, engage the switch lock. Keep a firm two-handed grip using the main and auxiliary handles while operating and observe standard safety measures, including eye and hearing protection. Allow the motor to stabilize at the chosen speed before full-pressure operation.

Recommendations

Use masonry bits for concrete and brick, HSS or cobalt bits for steel, and appropriate wood bits for timber. For drilling large diameters in masonry, start with a smaller pilot hole and increase drill size stepwise. Maintain the lubricant reservoir as recommended to prolong bit life, and avoid prolonged heavy loads to prevent overheating.
