How to use

Place food items into a clean, dry glass container and close the lid according to the lid alignment marks. Use a compatible Rommelsbacher vacuum sealing device or other compatible pump to remove air from the container until the lid indicates a sealed vacuum state. Store sealed containers in the refrigerator or freezer as required; for countertop storage leave sealed containers at room temperature only for foods safe to keep outside refrigeration. To open, release the vacuum seal following the device or lid instructions before removing the lid.

Recommendations
