The pliers feature a high-resistance special steel body with nickel plating and an ergonomic plastic handle. A rotatable magazine and a locking lever allow quick selection and secure use of different punch sizes.

How to use

Select the required hole size by rotating the magazine until the corresponding perforating tube and loop punch are aligned. Lock the magazine in place using the locking lever. Position the workpiece between the perforating tube and the punch, then squeeze the handles evenly to perforate the material and press the loop (eyelet) in a single operation. Release the handles and check the formed loop for correct seating. Change magazine position and repeat for other sizes as needed.

Recommendations

Use on appropriately thick and supported materials; avoid applying the tool to overly hard or brittle materials that could damage the punches. Keep the punches and perforating tubes clean and occasionally lubricated to ensure smooth rotation and long life. Replace worn punches to maintain clean, accurate holes.
