In daily use

Printing with this ASA is straightforward on enclosed FDM printers. Set the nozzle between 240–260 °C and the bed at 90–100 °C for strong layer adhesion. The filament flows smoothly at 30–70 mm/s, producing parts with a tensile strength of 42.5 MPa and 25.5 % elongation at break. Its density of 1.07 g/cm³ ensures predictable material usage.
