Polymaker Panchroma PLA Metallic is a color-shifting PLA filament that produces a metallic finish without the need for post-processing. Its unique formulation changes appearance depending on viewing angle, adding depth and visual interest to printed parts. Unlike standard PLA, this filament delivers a metallic sheen while retaining the ease of printing associated with PLA.

In daily use

Print with a nozzle temperature of 190-230 °C and a bed temperature of 25-60 °C; a heated bed is not required. Recommended print speed is 30-70 mm/s. The filament has a net weight of 1 kg and a density of 1.17-1.24 g/cm³. Tensile strength is 52.6 ± 1.8 MPa and elongation at break is 5.4 ± 0.9 %. The Vicat softening temperature is 57.8 °C.
