How to use

Insert the SDS Plus shank into the rotary hammer’s SDS Plus chuck according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the rotation stop is engaged if required. Select the appropriate chisel (flat for material removal, pointed for adjustment), position the chisel tip on the work surface, and operate the rotary hammer following normal safety and operating procedures. Replace chisels by retracting the locking sleeve and removing the shank when the tool is switched off and unplugged or the battery is removed.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and a dust mask) when chiselling. Use the flat 20 mm or 40 mm chisel for faster material removal and the pointed chisel for detail work.
