How to use

Place the removable refractory stone inside the oven and preheat the unit to the desired temperature. Use the separate switches to set top and bottom heating according to the recipe and desired browning. Slide the pizza onto a stainless steel loading tray and insert it into the oven; typical cooking time for a Neapolitan-style pizza at high temperature is about 4 minutes. After use, switch off and allow the oven and stone to cool before removing the stone for cleaning.

Recommendations
