How to use

Place the removable refractory stone inside the oven and preheat the unit to the desired program or manual temperature until it reaches stable heat. Use the digital display to select one of the six preset programs (manual, Neapolitan, thin, pan, pizza party, frozen) or set top and base temperatures separately. Slide pizza onto the stone with the aluminium peel and monitor cooking through the insulated window and inner light. Remove the pizza with the peel when the crust and topping reach the chosen doneness.

Recommendations
