How to use

Preheat the pizza maker until it reaches the recommended high temperature (follow the appliance manual for the exact preheat time). Place one prepared pizza on the lower refractory stone plate and close the lid; cooking typically takes about five minutes depending on toppings and temperature. For other preparations such as tigelle, piadine, toasts or small cakes, place the product on the stone plate and adjust cooking time according to thickness and recipe.
