Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

DisplayHDR 400 for more lifelike and outstanding visuals

VESA-certified DisplayHDR 400 delivers a significant step-up from normal SDR displays. Unlike, other 'HDR compatible' screens, true DisplayHDR 400 produces astonishing brightness, contrast and colors. With global dimming and minimum 400 nits brightness, images come to life with notable highlights while featuring deeper, more nuanced blacks. It renders a fuller palette of rich new colors, delivering a visual experience that engages your senses.

AI-enhanced Webcam Autoframing: for dynamic video calls.

This AI-enhanced feature is perfect for multi-person video conferencing. When one or more people join the webcam view, the AI-powered feature will automatically adjust and zoom to fit all team members in the frame. Likewise, when participants leave the webcam view, the AI-enhanced webcam will adjust accordingly; thereby making it ideal for long meetings as well as team calls.

PowerSensor 2: for optimized energy efficiency

This monitor's PowerSensor 2 feature reduces energy consumption by detecting when users move closer and further away from the screen. After switching the OSD setting to “User”, it is then needed to adjust the settings in Windows 11 for this feature to function properly. When adjustments are made, the monitor and connected PC/laptop will wake when someone approaches it and will sleep when someone walks away; effectively reducing the amount of wake time. The distance for detection can be changed from 50, 75, to 120cm from the user's laptop. Please note that Windows 11 must be installed.

SoftBlue Technology: for comfortable viewing

SoftBlue Technology: for comfortable viewing

SoftBlue technology offers increased visual comfort and protection against adverse health effects caused by prolonged exposure to blue light. With the low blue-light panel, the ratio of display emission light in the range of 415-455 nm to 400-500nm is reduced to less than 50%. As a result, the SoftBlue technology provides optimal visual comfort, minimizes eye strain, and supports sustained focus. Not to mention, SoftBlue LED technology is tested and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light (Hardware Solution) certified for its effectiveness in reducing blue light emissions.

How to use

Connect a compatible Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C host to the monitor's USB-C port to enable video, data and power delivery over a single cable. Use the Smart KVM feature to switch between connected sources without swapping peripherals. Adjust the height and tilt for an ergonomic viewing position or mount the monitor on a VESA-compatible arm or bracket if preferred. Use the on-screen menu to configure color, brightness and HDR settings for your workflow.

Recommendations

For best results in HDR-capable workflows, enable DisplayHDR 400 in the monitor settings and ensure source content supports HDR. When using the USB-C power delivery feature, verify that your laptop or device supports PD over USB-C and that the provided or recommended cable is capable of the required wattage.
