We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

How to use

Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure there is sufficient clearance around the unit. Plug in the fryer, select the desired temperature and time using the touch controls and LED display, and preheat if the recipe requires it. Arrange food in a single layer in the cooking basket for even hot air circulation. Start the cooking cycle and, for some recipes, shake or turn the contents partway through the program to ensure uniform browning. After cooking, allow the fryer to cool, then remove and empty the basket and tray for cleaning.

Recommendations

To achieve best results use minimal oil spread evenly, avoid overfilling the basket, and consult the user manual for recommended temperature and time ranges for different food types. Clean removable parts after each use and dry thoroughly before reassembly.
