How to use

Select the appropriate mode with the rotary switch: rotary drilling with impact for masonry, rotary drilling without impact for wood or metal, or chiselling with rotation stop. Fit the correct SDS-plus bit or chisel and secure it; use Vario-Lock to set the chisel angle if required. Start with a gentle trigger pull (accelerator) on delicate surfaces such as tiles, then increase speed as needed. Apply steady guidance and moderate pressure—high impact force is generated by the hammer mechanism, so excessive force is unnecessary. After use, release the bit and store the tool and accessories in a dry place.
