Niedax KTAS200 Heavy-Duty Suspension Post / Wall Cantilever, 110x230mm, 5.0 kN, Hot-Dip Galvanized

Cable management in demanding environments requires support structures that can withstand heavy loads and harsh conditions. The Niedax KTAS200 suspension post and wall cantilever is engineered to provide a secure anchoring point for cable trays and ladders, ensuring long-term stability even under significant weight. With a load capacity of 5.0 kN (approximately 500 kg), this component is the backbone of robust cable routing systems in industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, and coastal installations where corrosion resistance is critical.

Who is it for

This product is intended for electrical contractors, system integrators, and maintenance teams who install and maintain heavy-duty cable management systems. It is particularly suited for projects in chemical plants, offshore platforms, tunnels, and other environments classified as C5 (very high corrosivity) according to ISO 12944. If your installation demands reliable support for large cable trays or ladders, the KTAS200 delivers the strength and durability required.

Main features

Tips

For optimal performance, ensure that the mounting surface is capable of supporting the combined weight of the bracket and the attached cable tray. Use appropriate fasteners (not included) that match the slot dimensions and are suitable for the substrate. When installing in highly corrosive environments, verify that all connecting hardware is also hot-dip galvanized or made of stainless steel to maintain the integrity of the corrosion protection system. Regular inspection of the galvanized coating is recommended, especially after mechanical impacts that may expose the base steel.
