Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Shipping & Returns

The Nemo Tensor Trail Regular is a lightweight, 3-season inflatable sleeping pad designed for backpackers who demand comfort without the weight. With an R-Value of 2.8, it provides reliable insulation for mild to cool conditions. The Spaceframe™ baffle construction minimizes heat loss and maximizes stability, while the Laylow™ zero-profile multi-functional valve allows easy inflation, deflation, and fine-tuning of firmness. The pad is made from 100% recycled 20D polyester fabrics, reflecting Nemo's commitment to sustainability. It packs down to just 20 x 10 cm and weighs only 440 g, making it an excellent choice for ultralight adventures. The included Vortex™ pump sack ensures quick, moisture-free inflation, and the repair kit adds peace of mind on the trail.

Advantages

Ultralight and compact design saves space and weight in your pack. The Primaloft® synthetic insulation and Spaceframe™ baffles provide excellent warmth and comfort. The Laylow™ valve is flush with the pad surface, preventing snags and allowing easy adjustment. 100% recycled fabrics reduce environmental impact without sacrificing durability.

Suitable for

  • Backpacking and thru-hiking
  • 3-season camping (spring, summer, fall)
  • Ultralight and fastpacking trips
  • Side sleepers and restless sleepers (thanks to stable baffle design)
