Multicooker Sage the Fast Slow Pro 6 L

The Sage the Fast Slow Pro 6 L multicooker combines pressure cooking, slow cooking and sautéing in a stainless steel housing with a 4 L ceramic-coated cooking bowl and 1100 W power. The unit includes an automatic steam release setting that selects Quick, Pulse or Natural release as needed, a triple-safe hinged and removable lid with silicone seal, and an LCD that displays pressure, temperature, a countdown timer and steam release status. The compact dimensions make it suitable for most kitchens and the ceramic-coated bowl is PFOA- and PTFE-free and can be used for serving.

Advantages

Hands-free auto steam release reduces the need to handle hot steam and the cooker automatically determines the correct release method (Quick, Pulse or Natural) for each program. The lid features a three-way safety system, is dishwasher-safe and has an easy-fit silicone seal for straightforward cleaning and reassembly. The ceramic-coated bowl resists sticking, doubles as a serving dish and is free from PFOA and PTFE. The full-feedback LCD provides clear information about pressure level, temperature and remaining time.

Recommendations

For best results when pressure cooking, ensure liquids meet recipe minimums and do not overfill the bowl. Clean the removable lid and silicone seal regularly; the bowl is dishwasher-safe but hand washing will extend the life of the ceramic coating.
