Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

MSI MAG 27CQ6PF is a 27-inch gaming monitor with WQHD (2560x1440) resolution, a 180Hz refresh rate and a 0.5ms (GtG, Min.) response time panel. The monitor supports Adaptive-Sync for reduced screen tearing and stuttering when paired with a compatible GPU, providing smooth gameplay and sharp visuals suited for competitive gaming.

Advantages

The MAG 27CQ6PF combines high resolution and fast refresh rate to deliver detailed images and fluid motion. Its 0.5ms response time minimizes ghosting in fast-paced scenes. Adaptive-Sync compatibility helps maintain tear-free performance during variable frame rates. The monitor’s design follows MSI’s ARSENAL GAMING (MAG) series aesthetic, emphasizing durability and a robust, gamer-oriented appearance.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 27 inches
  • Resolution: WQHD (2560 x 1440)
  • Refresh rate: 180 Hz
  • Response time: 0.5 ms (GtG, Min.)
  • Adaptive-Sync: Supported

How to use

Connect the monitor to your PC using a compatible DisplayPort or HDMI cable that supports 1440p at 180Hz, then enable the desired refresh rate and Adaptive-Sync in your graphics driver settings. Adjust on-screen display settings such as brightness, contrast and color profile to suit your environment and preferences. Ensure your GPU can output the required resolution and frame rate for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For competitive gaming, pair the MSI MAG 27CQ6PF with a GPU capable of consistently delivering high frame rates at 2560×1440. Use a DisplayPort cable for the most reliable support of 180Hz and enable Adaptive-Sync in both monitor and driver menus.
