Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The MSI MAG 274UPDF E16M Gaming Monitor features Mini-LED technology, Dual Mode with UHD 160Hz and FHD 320Hz, and AI Navigator for a boosted gaming experience. Its stunning 27-inch Rapid IPS display with Quantum Dot technology delivers a 0.5ms (GtG, Min.) response time and is VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified for exceptional visuals. Unleash your full potential.

MSI's mainstream MAG series epitomizes stability and durability and is built to withstand the most intense gaming sessions. The entire lineup features robust construction with metallic-like hardness and excellent heat dissipation, ensuring stability for all critical gaming components.

Stunning Mini-LED Visuals
Experience exceptional brightness and precision with Mini-LED technology. Featuring 1,152 full-array local dimming zones, it delivers superior contrast, deeper blacks, and vibrant colors, enhancing HDR performance and providing stunning clarity for an immersive viewing experience.

Brilliance in Every Shade
The monitor features Quantum Dot technology and DisplayHDR 1000 for stunning brightness and deep contrast. With DCI-P3 98% color gamut and Delta E≤2 accuracy, it delivers rich, lifelike colors. Enjoy breathtaking clarity for gaming, content creation, and entertainment.

Dual Mode
Dual Mode allows you to select the resolution and refresh rate that best suit your game—choose a higher refresh rate with lower resolution for fast-paced FPS games or enjoy crisp 4K visuals with a lower refresh rate. Designed with a user-centric approach and ergonomic convenience, it features a 5-way Joystick Navigator on the right side of the screen and a one-click switch button, making it easy to toggle Dual Mode settings and providing a seamless, user-friendly experience.

ASPECT RATIO OPTIONS
Supports a variety of aspect ratios, allowing selection of 24.5” imagery. Choose the size you want at your leisure, and elevate your gaming experience to the utmost.

How to use

Set up the monitor on a stable surface or mount it using a compatible VESA arm. Connect the video source via a supported input that allows the desired resolution and refresh rate, then use the on-screen joystick and one-click switch to select Dual Mode (UHD 160Hz for 4K or FHD 320Hz for high-frame gameplay). Adjust brightness, HDR, and color settings through the OSD menus to match your environment and content. For console use, enable Console Mode for optimized compatibility with PS5 or Xbox Series X/S.

Recommendations

For competitive gaming, use FHD with the higher refresh rate to prioritize frame rate responsiveness; for content creation or cinematic gaming, use UHD with HDR enabled to benefit from the monitor’s color accuracy and high dynamic range. Keep firmware and GPU drivers up to date to ensure Dual Mode and HDR functions work correctly.
