tesa® Powerbond Ultra Strong Pads provide a drill-free solution for mounting heavy, flat objects on walls and other flat surfaces. The pads replace nails and screws, avoiding damage to tiles, wooden panels and similar substrates. Each adhesive pad bonds flat items up to 10 mm thick and can hold up to 6 kg when used under recommended indoor or sheltered outdoor conditions.

How to use

Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles. Peel off the protective liner and press the pad firmly onto the object to be mounted. Remove the second liner and press the object with the pad onto the mounting surface, holding pressure for several seconds to achieve initial contact. Allow the adhesive to bond fully according to ambient temperature before applying the maximum load.

Recommendations

Do not expose the pads to direct sunlight or water to maintain maximum holding strength. For best results, test on an inconspicuous area if the substrate is delicate or painted. Use multiple pads for uneven loads or for items heavier than 6 kg.
