Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Shipping & Returns

The Lenovo L24m-4A is a 23.8" Full HD LED monitor (1920 x 1080) that combines an ultra-thin 4-sided bezel design with practical connectivity. The IPS panel delivers wide 178° viewing angles and a 6 ms response time for clear visuals across the screen. Integrated speakers, a 4-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub and a single USB-C cable option simplify connection to computers and peripherals. The monitor supports VESA mounting and height adjustment and has a neutral grey finish suitable for modern workspaces.

Advantages

The slim, four-sided bezel maximizes usable screen area while keeping the monitor compact. USB-C plus a 4-port USB hub reduces cable clutter and makes it easy to attach accessories. A 100 Hz refresh rate provides smoother on-screen motion than standard 60 Hz panels, and the IPS panel ensures consistent colour and contrast at wide viewing angles.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking
  • Remote work and video conferencing (built-in speakers)
  • General multimedia consumption and web browsing
  • Workstations that require VESA mounting or adjustable-height stands

How to use

Connect the monitor to a computer using the supplied cables; use the USB-C port for video, power (if supported by your system) and data in a single connection, or connect via the available video inputs. Plug peripherals into the monitor’s USB hub to expand ports and reduce desktop cables. Adjust height and mount on a VESA arm or stand as needed for ergonomic viewing.

Recommendations

For best results, set the source device to output 1920 x 1080 at 100 Hz when supported, place the monitor at eye level and use the built-in USB hub for low-latency wired peripherals. Reduce screen brightness in low-light environments to save energy.
