Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 7 16" Intel Core Ultra 7 32GB 1TB Windows 11 Pro is a mobile workstation designed to balance high performance and portability. It features a 16" WUXGA display with 1920 x 1200 resolution, an Intel Core Ultra 7 165H processor, 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory and a 1 TB solid-state drive. Weighing approximately 1.82 kg and finished in black, this laptop runs Windows 11 Pro and includes support for Wi‑Fi 7 connectivity, making it suited for demanding professional workflows on the move.

Advantages

The system integrates a high-efficiency Intel Core Ultra 7 165H processor with fast LPDDR5x memory and a NVMe SSD to provide responsive application loading, multitasking, and large file handling. The 16" WUXGA panel offers a wide workspace and a 16:10 aspect ratio for document and design work. Its light chassis and thin profile reduce travel weight while retaining a full-sized keyboard and professional ports. Native Windows 11 Pro support ensures business features such as BitLocker and remote management are available.

Suitable for

  • Professional content creation and multimedia editing
  • CAD, 3D modelling and engineering applications that rely on CPU performance
  • Data analysis, software development and multitasking workflows
  • Business travel and remote work where portability and secure OS features are required

How to use

Set up the device by completing the Windows 11 Pro first-run experience, connect to your Wi‑Fi 7 network and install your professional applications and data. Use the built-in storage and memory to store project files and launch multiple applications simultaneously. For extended battery life and quieter operation, select balanced or battery‑saver power profiles in Windows settings when high performance is not required. Keep device firmware and drivers updated through Lenovo Vantage or Windows Update to maintain stability and security.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads, ensure adequate ventilation and avoid blocking air intakes. When working with very large datasets or GPU-accelerated tasks, consider external GPU solutions or a desktop workstation, since this configuration contains integrated graphics. Regularly back up important files to an external drive or cloud service and enable BitLocker to make use of Windows 11 Pro security features.
