Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The HP ZBook Firefly G10 14" Intel Core i7 mobile workstation is a compact professional laptop designed for on-the-go productivity. It features a 14" WUXGA display with 1920 x 1200 resolution and is powered by an Intel Core i7-1365U processor with up to 3.9 GHz turbo frequency. Equipped with 16 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB SSD, this silver HP ZBook combines solid storage and fast memory for responsive multitasking. Graphics performance is handled by integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics and a discrete NVIDIA RTX A500 GPU, while Windows 11 Pro provides a business-oriented operating environment.

Advantages

The combination of an Intel Core i7 processor, DDR5 memory and a 1 TB SSD delivers fast application loading, smooth multitasking and reduced waiting times for large files. The NVIDIA RTX A500 discrete GPU supports graphics- and compute-intensive workflows such as 3D rendering and CAD acceleration, while the integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics helps extend battery life in lighter tasks. A 14" WUXGA display balances screen real estate and portability, and the laptop’s 1.45 kg weight supports frequent travel. Windows 11 Pro includes business features for secure remote work and device management.

How to use

Power on the workstation and complete Windows 11 Pro initial setup with your user account and company credentials if required. Install or connect professional software such as CAD, 3D rendering, video editing or visualization tools to utilise the NVIDIA RTX A500 for GPU-accelerated tasks. Use the integrated graphics for light office work and to preserve battery life; switch to the discrete GPU for demanding applications either automatically via OS/driver settings or through the system’s graphics configuration utility. Keep the SSD and system drivers updated for optimal responsiveness and install antivirus or enterprise management tools as needed for security.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads like long GPU renders or complex simulations, connect the HP ZBook Firefly G10 to AC power and ensure proper ventilation. Regularly back up project files from the 1 TB SSD to external or cloud storage and install the latest GPU drivers to maintain compatibility and performance in professional applications.

Upgrade to pro-level performance

Say goodbye to lags and crashes with faster responsiveness on projects. With an Intel® processor[1] and integrated or discrete graphics[3] you can open large files and run pro apps simultaneously for speedy multitasking and productivity.

Work all day. Anywhere

Starting at 3.2 lbs,[5] our most mobile ZBook is made to move. With a long lasting battery[6] the sleek yet durable device is small enough to fit in your bag so you can stay productive anywhere. This is high performance workstation power on the go.

Connect. Communicate. Collaborate

Collaborate effectively with ZBook Firefly. The AI enhanced auto-framing 5MP camera[7] offers improved image quality even in low light, and AI Noise Suppression software[8] blocks background noise so you can seamlessly connect from almost anywhere.

Immerse in your work

The more you can see, the more you can do. The 16:10 aspect ratio reduces the need to scroll by showing 11% more vertical content than a 16:9 aspect ratio display. See more of your programs and apps you use every day.

Windows 11

Work anywhere without compromising on performance or security with Windows 11 powered by HP's collaboration and connectivity technology.
