Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Business Mobile workstation Clamshell Black with Intel Core Ultra 7 265H and 16 processing cores, designed for professional tasks. The 16-inch Full HD+ (1920 x 1200) WVA 16:10 display offers extended vertical space for productivity. The system is equipped with 32 GB DDR5 memory (2 x 16 GB) and a 1 TB SSD for fast multitasking and storage. Graphics options include NVIDIA RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell with 8 GB or Intel Arc 140T, supporting demanding visualization and rendering workflows. Connectivity includes Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be), Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth. Power is provided by a 96 Wh Lithium‑Polymer battery with a 130 W power adapter. The device ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit.

Advantages

The workstation combines a high-performance Intel Core Ultra 7 265H processor and up to 32 GB DDR5 RAM for smooth multitasking and compute-heavy applications. A 1 TB SSD ensures quick system start and responsive file access. Dual graphics options—NVIDIA RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell 8 GB or Intel Arc 140T—allow selection based on professional GPU requirements. Modern connectivity with Wi‑Fi 7 and Gigabit Ethernet supports fast network access, while a 96 Wh Li‑Po battery provides extended unplugged use. The 16" Full HD+ WVA 16:10 panel increases usable vertical workspace for document editing and design.

Install required professional software and drivers for the chosen GPU (NVIDIA or Intel) from the manufacturer's support site. Use the Wi‑Fi 7 or Ethernet connection for network access; enable Bluetooth in system settings for peripheral pairing. For heavy workloads, ensure adequate cooling and consider connecting external power to maintain peak performance.

Recommendations

Choose the NVIDIA RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell 8 GB for advanced GPU-accelerated rendering and professional visualization tasks; select Intel Arc 140T if your workflow benefits from Intel graphics compatibility. Regularly update Windows and GPU drivers and perform backups to the SSD to protect data. For mobile productivity, use the device on a flat surface and avoid blocking ventilation openings.
