The Hama RMN Uni Black is a compact wired mobile phone microphone designed to improve audio and video recordings on smartphones, tablets, cameras, camcorders, laptops and PCs. The microphone features an aluminium housing, passive dynamic directional capsule and a sensitivity of -32 dB with a frequency response of 20–20,000 Hz. It is powered directly by the connected device (plug & play) and includes a storage bag, wind protection and an anti-shock frame that reduces mechanical vibration and handling noise.

How to use

Attach the microphone to your device using the appropriate 3.5 mm connector: use the TRRS plug for smartphones, Macs and PCs or the TRS plug for DSLR cameras, camcorders and audio recorders. Mount the microphone on a camera flash shoe or a tripod via the 1/4" thread if required. Position the directional capsule toward the sound source and secure the anti-shock frame and wind protection when recording outdoors. No battery installation is needed; the microphone receives power from the connected device.
