The Hohem MIC-01_TypeC is a compact wireless microphone system that includes two transmitters (TX), one USB-C receiver (RX) and a charging case. Designed for mobile recording, vlogging, podcasting and live streaming, the kit offers 48 kHz sampling, DSP noise reduction, automatic voice equalization and real-time monitoring. The charging case extends runtime to approximately 20 hours, and the transmitters also support direct recording to a TF (microSD) card in WAV format for backup or standalone use.

How to use

Charge the case and devices using the supplied USB‑C cable. Remove transmitters from the case to power them on automatically and pair with the receiver; the system requires no complex setup. Clip or magnetically attach transmitters to clothing near the speaker. Use the receiver’s USB‑C connection to plug into a camera, phone or recorder and monitor audio in real time via headphones. To record backup audio, insert a TF (microSD) card into the transmitter slot and record in WAV format. Adjust sensitivity with the five-position control and mute or enable Reverb mode using the device buttons.

Recommendations

For reliable recordings, use a FAT32-formatted TF/microSD card and monitor levels with headphones. Position transmitters close to the speaker and choose DSP noise reduction level appropriate for the environment. When recording outdoors, check line-of-sight and expected range; for extended sessions, keep the charging case near hand to replenish transmitter runtime.
