How to use

Prepare the enclosure wall by creating round recesses using standard punch pliers that match the flange recesses. Insert the cable gland from the front or back as required, align the bayonet lock and engage it according to the locking standard. Secure the flange using the central screw or, if preferred, fit four M3 screws (not supplied) for alternative fixation. Route the cable through the gland, apply the appropriate strain relief and, where applicable, fit the chosen modular insert (RJ45, USB or optical) to establish the required connection. If grounding is needed for an RJ45 insert, connect using the 2.8 mm contact pins provided on the insert.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility of the selected insert (T568A, T568B or Profinet for RJ45) before installation. Use appropriate sealing practices to maintain IP67 integrity and follow local installation standards for grounding and cable strain relief.
